The Role

You will diagnose, repair, and replace residential electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

What Will I Do?

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete residential electrical installation and repairs in a thorough, safe, and professional manner.
  • Replace conduit, wiring and circuit breakers as needed.
  • Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
  • Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean work area
  • Educate and offer the customer appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at scheduled time
  • Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
  • Document work completed with before and after photos
  • Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
  • Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
  • Participate in training.
  • Available for on-call service rotation.

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Own basic industry tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
  • Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
  • Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
  • Must be able to lift, carry and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
