MAX University HVAC Pro Path Program
  • Duration: 15 weeks (June 2 – September 15, 2025)
  • Goal: To train individuals with little or no HVAC experience to become Maintenance Technicians at Williams Comfort Air. This program provides a strong foundation for rapid advancement into a Service Technician role or other career paths within the company.
  • Training Breakdown:
    • Weeks 1-2: Ride-alongs with field trainers on actual maintenance calls for hands-on, on-the-job training.
    • Weeks 3-13: Classroom and training lab instruction, covering mechanical skills and client experience. One day per week will be spent in the field for additional on-the-job training.
    • Weeks 14-15: Final ride-alongs to refine skills before going live.

What will you be doing? 

 

  • Participate in both classroom learning and hands-on training  
  • Receive comprehensive technical, communication, and process training  
  • Take part in regular assessments to track progress and understanding  
  • Engage in weekly ride-a longs with experienced technicians in the field  

What do we need from you? 

 

  • No industry experience required!  
  • Basic mechanical skills are a plus  
  • A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to help others
